Flower Class Corvette HMCS Agassiz
Hi everybody,
it's been a while since I posted something here. Sorry for that. But I'll try to change that now starting with announcing a new kit from HMV - the HMCS Agassiz in 1/250 scale. Darius Lipinski designed this model of the Flower Class corvette Agassiz already a couple of years before he met with HMV. Once we agreed on publishing this beautiful model he redesigned the kit and brought it up to date and to today's HMV standard. This model will fascinate you with its details, intelligent design solutions, and of course with the fun to build it. And building this little corvette definitely is fun. Out of this kit you can either build the Agassiz or one of the sister ships Wetaskin, Battleford, or Levis which were basically identical to Agassiz. Now you can start your own little Canadian fleet. The Lasercut Set is available, too. The model is available in our shop here: http://www.kartonmodellbau.de/epages...roducts/103264 More information on the Agassiz model here: Corvette Agassiz Cheers, Ben |

Looks like one of those where you need to schedule a couple months to do it up carefully and properly!
Bell on front of deckhouse, what is it made from?

You're probably right. It's not exactly a one weekend job. But still not too difficult to build. Especially if you use the extra available Lasercut Set which saves you lots of time from cutting out the little stuff.
The bell is part of the kit. Doable . |
