Finally, here's a group shot of all the Dash 8's built so far. I'm now working on the US Airways Express version.

I hope you send some of those my way.

The original model that started this thread had a sudden death. In a "bull in a china shop" scenario, a very clumsy 100 pound dog came into the workshop and stepped on it. So I took the opportunity to gin up another one, shrunk down to 1/72 scale. I moved the wing forward to the proper location. No landing gear yet. I hope to get those built tomorrow along with the FLIR ball, before I give the model away.

Sadly, the original was the only model I ever had printed professionally (Office Max) and the colors and graphics were great. The replacement model isn't as nice. For some reason all the excess glue marks popped out when the final sealer was applied. Definitely not my best work.

Yep. But it was humid when I sprayed it. Also, I ran out of spray after pretreating the first two sheets. So some of the sheets were pretreated and some where not. That's what I get for rushing.

Lovely build Knife. When you said pro printed, was the original laser printed and this one ink jet? This one is still a wonderful example for me to aim for.

Regards,
John
