The $10.00 Shipping & Handling (Canadian Post -Table Rate) I"m guessing........ if he is getting digital models, why a shipping and handling charge?

I guessed that as well, but didn't just want to guess at it without getting more info. I initially thought he was charged the postage.
It is unfortunately a broken way of putting the Designer Spotlight on the store. It has to be a listing. I think the shipping info is there because Chris had intended to sell printed kits and the laser cut formers which are no longer available.

Once the cart is cleared, the shipping cost should disappear.
Remove the John Dell Spotlights! This problem is related to the Designer Spotlights. Although the Spotlights have been posted just like a standard store item, they are obviously not an item that can be purchased and/or downloaded. But for some reason people keep adding the item to their Cart. lol Since they have been listed as a simple product they are being treated like a parcel object (when purchased). A postage cost is therefore added during the checkout process. I have already added some notes near the checkout buttons asking customers not to "add the item" to their Carts.
