You might want to contact PayPal directly. I'm not sure how ecardmodels is set up, but in my case, I have no control over how PayPal processes transactions. If you chat with somebody at PayPal, they can look at the exact transaction and determine what happened, then tell you what needs to be done to fix it.

Bilal, if its Paypal you are having trouble with, please contact Paypal as Aaron suggested. There could have been problems with Paypal at the time you were completing your transaction.
