That looks really nice!!
From the Amazon preview, the graphics look great and the assembly diagrams seem easy to follow. Great kit.

Ordered it! We have a 6 year old that watches me do my models (ships, rockets, etc) and I've been looking for something she could build. This looks like something we could build together, particularly since we planned a DC trip in late May. She'll see the building she'll have sitting on her shelf.
