The star-strutter!

I built one of these as a peanut scale flying model about 30 years ago and I'd love to give this one a try.

Beautiful job, as usual, Roman!

Quite a beautiful little lady, with the wonderful attention to graphic detail we've come to expect from your projects.

How about a Fokker DVII...please??? I know there are a few out there, but in larger scale (besides the nice selection from Fiddler's Green). My all time favorite WWI bird, but despite it's popularity during the war there are scarce few models of her out there...go figure! Your list in the blog shows you have a wonderful interest in some unique subjects, so I would understand if you aren't interested in a more "common" subject...still, I would love to see what you would do with that airplane, what colors you would choose. Yeah, I'm a big fan of your amazing craft, and we've been blessed with your talent on some many different modeling subjects.

I would love to see you take a stab at some ships some day, but I'm just being selfish in stating that, those being my perenial favorite modeling subject.
Okay, I'll admit it, I'm still looking for a decent modern container ship...just don't have the time right now to tackle a design myself, although I have been musing about it for quite some time now...heck, I have no time to even put toward my current builds that remain unfinished, what with family, work and the like. But I'd make the time if I saw a nice model of a Maersk Line container ship pop up somewhere, in, say, 1:500 scale. If we didn't have our dreams, what would our lives be like?

Cheers!
Jim

Hi Jim!

When the half of your words are truth than it's much better than real me)) Thank you, I'm pleasured!

I'm going to make lots WWI aircrafts this year. This year is 90th anniversary of the end of WWI. Fokker D.VII could be a good one, I think.

I don't think to begin ships building next year. Air and armour takes almost all my time

Roman.
