The second publishing experience after DH "Mosquito"! Li-2/Douglas DC-3 1:48 in Russian Aeroflot colors.

I'm not sure but this model looks like a pre-war build PS-84 version. It was much closer to original DC-3 than later Li-2. Li-2 was changed quite a bit to suit faster and simpler methods of building and very few DC-3 parts were interchangeable.

Good looking and well detailed model. 1:48 is a good scale for it.

Thank you! Absolutely, 1:48 is a good choice. 1:33 will makes you more details, more complexity and even more expensive, my guess (wings will not fit on A4 paper etc.). But yes, I still receiving the complains about the scale - the people needs 1:33 - some day, probably I'll try to rescale this kit.
