You did it! I knew that you could design ships. I am looking forward to seeing more of the floating stuff (hopefully with guns ;-)

I didn't knew also about ships , but I sure do that Krzychu designs wonderful submarines. Looks very detailed for 1:400.

My grandmother immigrated from Sweden and arrived in the United States about 1908 aboard the Ivernia. |

Hello!
Thank you Friends! Zakopious: this is fantastic! It was 104 years ago but our memory the history of our families is still alive. Thank you for info. The work going forward. Frames of the hull, main deck and below deck on two pieces of (what will be seen by the hatchs holds), sides and the beginning of the manual. Color of decks is working so far. It will be replaced with a texture. Best regards. Krzychu74

Hello!
Thank you my Friends for kind words and interest in this thread. Royaloakmin:I think that Ivernia has very nice "classical" shapes of old liners from XIX/XX century. Many people associate this period in the construction of ships only by the appearance of the Titanic, and yet in that time were built many beautiful ships. diegocs: yes, Saxonia was sister ship of Ivernia but she had amended bridge and front superstructure. I haven`t any drawings of Saxony with those details. Carpathia and Californian two ships inextricably linked with the history of Titanic. I would like design it but I haven't drawings. I searched in internet but I have not found. Don Boose: thank you Don. I hope Ivernia will be not my first and last liner. I think about next ships. Best regards. Krzychu74

Krzychu, I absolutely agree with you. Thanks for doing something so worthy.
An early small liner from the 188os would be interesting if drawings were available.
