S.S. "Lucania" 1:400

Hello!
New Year is a good time for the presentation of the new project. After Ivernia time for "Lucania", British steamship from 1893 which was served in Cunard Line.
More about this ship you can read here:
RMS Lucania - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The model will be in 1:400 scale.

Best regards.

A very handsome and historic liner. Are you contemplating a future model of her sister, HMS Campania? She certainly looked unique as a converted aircraft carrier with the launching deck and split forward funnel, but the basic hull was identical:

I will be closely following this thread. Good luck on this project!

Not much for waterline, but the Ivernia is nice, definitely this one when completed though!

Hello!
Thanks Friends!
This time Lucania will be tested by Lechcyfer. Pulpetto must rest after Ivernia.

Ok, this time I`d like show a sheet with parts of underwater parts of hull and ask about one thing. What kind of straps will be better in your opinion? A or B?

Best regards.

Very much looking forward to this new design!!

As to choice of straps you mentioned, I would opt for A...no real reason.

Cheers!
Jim
