Pfaltz

Hi Krzychu;

When I saw your project I simply couldn't resist sending you this, because it is such a rare bird. About thirty years ago, a guy gave me two pattern makers models to restore. The first was a Fokker D-VII, and the other was a Pfaltz Dr-I. His house leaked, a heavy storm occurred while he was away and the ceiling fell on the models. They were made of basswood.He never picked them up after they were restored. Thought that you might be interested in these pictures.

He did repair them (see 2d pic above). The customer never picked them up.
