Ha, ha, that will blow away the Fokker I'm afraid... Complicated engine, with the numerous petals. Nice to see the fan details! However, I see there is still a reference number of one of the parts visible on the former behind the fan? Does the engine exhaust also have details?

Keep up the great work sir.

Erik

Great work with that engine and the cover with all those petals. The Fokker will look like a 1/300 next to that!

The nacelles have a great amount of detail, but those petals would be the end of me.

Great work, and very nice looking.

Hello.
Thank you very much for your comments.
Erik: the pictures showed the engine during gluing. Now don`t see these number of part. Engine exhaust are unlikely less detailed because I did not have many photos of these elements. In general, very few photos of engine details from the back.

Friends, petals are not so hard as you think. Engines are big elements as you can see on the picture with Fokker.

New photos with both engines.

Have a nice day.

Tried to look for engine exhaust side pictures but I’m afraid you’re right. Only found a few and as the inside is black, there’s hardly any detail to see. Usually there’s a cone inside.

Perhaps I’m also one of the few who doesn’t have a dislike for petals...

Cheers,
Erik

The engines do look great.

Here's a rear view photo of a Rolls-Royce BR710. They were/are used on the Express.

Hope this helps.

Impressive work, it really must be very difficult to work these dimensions. And it looks magnificent!
