Suzukaze 20 "Omar" 1:33
Hello.
While Paweł glue the Bombardier Global Express model to the test, I started another project. This time Sazukaze 20 "Omar", the unrealized vision of the Japanese fighter from World War II (thus falls under the categories of "What if?" Machines), whose drawing was published by the Japanese magazine "Sora", and then the American "Flight". Interestingly, the machine was in the list of Japanese aircraft used by US aviation and received the code name "Omar". It wasn't until 1942 that U.S. Navy realized that there was no such aircraft and removed it from the list. The design referred to the French Payen PA-22 aircraft. You can read more about this project here: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzukaze_20 https://www.whatifmodellers.com//ind...,suzukaze.html https://www.secretprojects.co.uk/threads/fake-suzukaze-20.6205/ At beginning some renders and artistic vision from those times. Have a nice day.

Great to see yet another Pacific War-era Japanese airplane.
This was certainly an unusual-looking one! Don |

This one is very interesting even if it was fictional. The paint scheme really works in with the "what if" theme.

Hello.
Thank you. When I was doing camouflage I was modeled on authentic planes, especially Ki-61 and Ki-44. The colors are as used on Japanese planes. Test model by Roman "Cantakawah" Wolsztyński. Next photos. Have a nice day.
