Where is Malcolm Topp?
Help!
Having been inspired to start papercrafting in the early 70's by a series of paper bird sculptures I found in the Natural History Museum in London, I recently discovered them re-issued, purchased them and have marveled all over again at their precise, joyous and unique construction. The Designer was Malcolm Topp and apart from a brief item in the New Scientist in 1973, every other reference to him is from one particular article and is repeated almost verbatim in dozens of web articles on every interested crafting platform. It is clear that Malcolm Topp, pre-internet, was a man of mystery and I would like to know more. Does anyone have any information on Malcolm Topp? Is he still working? etc, etc
