That's a great tip Leif!! Will definitely give that a try the next time, as it really should make it easier for them to come out looking the same having them side by side ..

Chris.. I don't soak the whole wheel, I just run it along the outside of the rim and let it soak in. Though I can't see where doing the whole wheel would hurt.. just never found the need .

fuslage parts..

Here I got all my parts cut out for the fuselage, with a few sections glued.. Also a pic of the tools that I use the most..

And while I'm thinking of it. if anyone wants to send me a photo of their workbench/area I'll post it at my photo site. Haven't updated this in a while, and I always like seeing other peoples working environment. You can see some of them here.

Hi Peter,
Very neat work so far. And it is interesting to see other people's workbench. Yesterday I saw a Japanese tea cup in Don's thread and bought similar one to put tools in it I also bought Japanese sake bottle for brush stand

Of course using the bottle I enjoyed drinking the sake with my wife since she loves the sake more than me. (Like Peter she is very good at go to the pub)
After enjoyed the sake together I washed the bottle and converted it to the brush stand.
As to the sake cup, put water in it for mixing water color pigment with water.
This is killing two birds with one stone:D

Fred.. I got the Wiccol from the dealer (can't think of the name) that was out of Canada I think. Went out of business a couple of years back? Anyway, it's just the bottle filled with "Aleenes tacky glue". I went through the Wiccol quickly.. I wish there was another supplier here, as I really liked using it.

YuG.. We would have a great time at the pub!!!!! There's enough of them down here.. at least 6 within a block . Not even counting all the cafe/pubs on the boardwalk along the beach...
