That sounds like a very interesting program you teach in, Don. I wish you all good luck this summer and even though you may not be posting as much I'll look forward to your comments as I always do!

Thanks for the good thoughts, Jim. You can bet that I will be keeping an eye on your builds. Your craftsmanship, photography, and well-written and invariably courteous commentary provide a lot of pleasure to all of us.

It is indeed an interesting and rewarding program that I am a part of. I've now spent a substantial part of my adult life teaching in Army colleges (three years teaching in the Army Command and General Staff College in the late 1970s and 19 years at the Army War College since Lil and I washed ashore here from Japan in 1990). I never had a bad assignment in my 30 years of military service and 19 years of post-Army-retirement service, but I have to say that the past two decades here in Carlisle have been extraordinarily enjoyable.

Not a problem on stopping the build! Just do it when you can even a couple years down the road I might still need pics for the model

I am very glad to hear that you are getting to go do something you really like doing! That can be rare at times indeed.
Take care my friend!
Chris

Hello Don! That is the problem with model building, it does take time to work on the project! Good luck with what you are devoting your time to!!! I like that new Kawanishi too...
