Marek Marathon: Consolidated Vultee B-24 Liberator 1:50

Well here is my hat tossed in to this ring.

Coming straight from the new additions to the marathon challenge.
And I was able to be the first person to ask for the kit.

the kit consists of 10 pages, and a one page cover.

two and quarter pages for formers and wheel parts

Now wait for glue to finish to harden, and stop being tacky.

I will be scoring those parts that need it

Rick

Whoa! Even at 1/50, that will be a chunk of airplane. It'll be fun to see this one in progress. Good luck!

If I hadn't already committed to the Claude, I would have jumped at this one. This should be great to watch come together!

I think that is a bigger project than any other aircraft..4 cowlings, larger size by multiples, but will be a cool model to have, Rick!

Great grab! I believe this is the only 4-engine model that Marek has done.

Well here is the wing spar, 23 3/4 inches in length.

I am going to cut out the formers for the tail plane.

the big medicine bottle in the picture holds all of the other formers for the fuselage, and the stabilizer formers.

The wheels and the engine parts are still on the sheets, not cut out.
