Smile Mistubishi A5M4 Claude 1/50

Hello Friends!!!!

My actual build in the Mararthon is a japanese naval fighter from 30's : Mistubishi A5M4 "Claude".

The model is a second generation of Marek Models, more acurate and more details and number of parts fine for this scale...

I started assembly for engine, very detailed an texturized...

The next step is a cockpit, very detailed and nice in colors.

The japanese interior green is a perfect, the seat and seatbelts too, but the instrument panel is little poor... The parts fit perfect...

The next step: skinning the interior, the part fit perfect...

Now the part is ready for external skin and build the rest of fuselage

Hey, I liked the seatbelts. Am interested in how the tail section will go together.

Looks great so far!

Wow, 1:50 with a cockpit and an engine? That is so cool.
I wish more 1:50 models had cockpits..

Smile Work in fuselage...

Friends

I present the steps of building the fuselage of the A5M. Of all the models already built in that Marek is one of the most accurate. Why have bought almost all new 1 / 50 in his Ecardmodels.
The Formers are absolutely precise and skins fit is great, had a bit of difficulty only to connect the skin behind the cokpit.

In the last one a comparison with the fuselage of the A5M in scale 1 / 100 of Fiddlers Green.

pics:

I decided to use hidrocolor pen to cover any white lines or corners I thought about using the next color printing as gray and red, but I just decided by the black, to keep the simulation of the panel lines.

The first step was to build the front section where the engine goes, one thing that I liked very much, Marek adopted the system of double Formers to fit the skins which facilitates quite work ...

My only frustation is a so so fit in cockpit skin :(

The rest of fuselage sections fit perfect, in the last pic a comparison of sizes 1/50 and 1/100. (thanks for ideia Keds Girl Lala )

Friends. That's all for time. Next: main wing...

Cheers!
