A10 metal kit

My Daughter gave me a couple of A10 items for Xmas this year.
One was this metalcraft model.

I've never had much interest in these, and never built one.
But hey...its a Warthog...how can I not be happy to receive this.

Its not a Metal Earth brand kit...some other brand.
Made in China, if that matters.

2 sheets of metal parts and a sheet of Instructions inside.

I have no clue, so I may mess this up terribly.
Did you want to see how it goes together?
Or just the finished model?

or not at all? LOL

I have the same kit, and I have done many of them, the instructions are pretty clear and straight forward.

Study the instructions very carefully. You could run into some problems if you assemble the model numerically. Sometimes a part is added to an already completed sub-assembly leaving no way to bend the very, very small tab to secure the part to the sub-assembly. In those cases it is better to attach that part out of sequence so you can bend the tab to secure it.

Good lighting, a good magnifier, a good set of jeweler type pliers, one being a very long nosed needle nose pliers.

I for one would like to see how it’s assembled. Must have been the hot item this year as I got a few of the Metal Earth kits for Christmas. Haven’t gotten around to building any of them yet.
Good luck with the build.

I would like to see the kit built. Must be the same as a paper model, just metal. Wondering about the glue?

As Knife already pointed out, it's for ages 14+, so I think you qualify by a year or two.

Gary, in the metal earth, or other branded kits like this, there is no glue, the tabs are either twisted 90 degrees or bent 90 degrees. No other connection method required, now there is the odd chance of the part breaking, then glue is required, I haven't had this happen to me yet, but i have read of others where this happened, not sure what type of glue they used though
