Locomotor Italian FS E326

Project E326 - The first E326, particularly the n.008 with mechanical compressor driven by the third axle and without separator Arbela on the roof. Designed in '29 was built in only 12 specimens between 1930 and 1933 as a locomotive as a lightweight high-speed passenger trains (think that reached 140 km / h, then good for speed). 326, unfortunately linked to ancient conceptions as the huge diameter of the drive wheels and the wheel arrangement 2 Co 2 It found problems of weight and reliability for which it was decided to employ them with lower speeds. Having been damaged during the war were recovered and repaired and returned to service in '49 continuing it until the '70s. The model reproduces the fact 326-008 already back in operation with the coloring brown-isabella and retreat of the access ramp to the cabin.
Now notes on minimodello that is made of paper in micro scale (about 1: 190), measuring about 9 cm. length (you see the comparison with the coin euro 10 c.). Consists of about 60 pieces and assembly, although not difficult, it is surely to be realized by experienced modeller view the smallness and delicacy of the details and the whole. A part has been realized (also on paper) a small stand-exhibitor where the gem is her figure.
I think to make one small series of 12 signed and numbered, mounted and complete with stand / display as in the picture, those interested can contact me. In staging a version with color stone gray and brown.

Construction of version in gray stone - dark brown that characterized the drive until 1931. It 'was made the 012 in original livery and still the access ramp in the forward position and also lacks the mechanical compressor. Little visible for coloring the fasces gold that adorned the two bonnets (front and rear). Scale and the rest equal to the twin 008 except for the setting slightly different with a crossing keeper.
