Thank you guys.

Hull is complete!
:D

Next I'm going to start working on the wheels and it is time to ask for help...
I have the laser cut tracks for the Chi-He, but what color would be best suited to paint them?
Mixing colors, weathering or other shenanigans are out of the questions as I have two left hands and all thumbs when the painting is involved :o
I need something simple and relatively painless - open the can, paint the tracks, mount them

What glue are you using? I'm still in search of the best glue.

Large areas - Beacon's 3-IN-1 Advanced Craft Glue
Small areas - TOMBO Mono Aqua liquid glue
Edge glueing and load bearing connections - Loctite Super Glue Control gel

Ok. Contest is over, but my build is not :D
I would like to keep posting here to maintain continuity, but if mods think that it should be moved to regular thread in Armory, I will continue build there.
Progress report:
All wheels (except drive) are done and I started working on the suspension. As usuall, most of the wheels are larger than the parts that supposed to go around them, but I decided to let it go since white fields will be covered by the tracks anyway.
I substituted paper part immitating spring with a one created from the 0.032" solder wire - much better look if I might say so

Suspension is done and all road wheels are mounted. I had to add extra spacer for twin road wheels to move them away from the hull or they would not allign with the outboard ones.
Next step - tracks

Oh My!

Michael workin' on a Tank!

Sorry, I couldn't resist. :D

And yes, you are doing your usual excellently clean build jobs on this one, just like every other model plane I have seen you work over. I will have to keep checking back on this one.

Somehow I missed your thread....
I like a lot what you've done so far. Very clean work and the wheels are superb!
I'm looking forward to your updates.
