Yes I some cardboard the wing that hold engines.I think because the size I building I will have re-engineer wing for future builds but wife said that she showed it to her brother who is a huge star trek fan. He the ship is on and now wants me build him too. But he said that I should have coated the paper with clear resin and that have helped the build. So again I will show a video of the ship complete along with photos.
Again I to say thanks to legal 01 and all the others who has anything to do with the enterprise E I plan on doing the enterprise that called the big one in the down load area I will keep the updates coming. Thanks |

You put in a lot of hard work and it looks really cool! You've done the Buckeye state proud! Engine sag has been a problem with every long-engine Enterprise, especially when you build them big. Too long and heavy for those skinny pylons unless you have a ton of reinforcement, and even then it can still happen. Even without the lights, she looks good.

Ok last update until Jan
I ran out of time so I will be putting the escape pods on tonight and I be leaving to see my soon for Christmas. I be doing another one and will keep ever body informed on that build and I will let you guys know just how well he likes it. Again I want to say thank you again to all of those people who help to make this model so I could make it for my son. I will post another pic of the ship on it's stand.
And yes in one of the pictures you see rubber bands they are just too keep the engines from flopping around during the trip. Let me know if you guys want me to put directions together for this ship I have a lot of stuff wrote down on part numbers go where and so on. |

Looks awesome! I see you have the same problem that I always do, droopy nacelles, still haven't found the ideal solution to that problem but will keep tinkering away on that until its solved. Great build!
