Sovereign class star ship 1701 e x-large build

Hello everybody I have been down since my motorcycle accident. I broke left arm and both legs and fractured my pelvic bone. so all I could do is watch videos, and down load models. well I'm back on my feet I am going to start my own little trek museum in the old building out back. so from what I could find on the e class studio model is about 12 foot long correct me if I'm wrong.

I have started to get the patterns printed out so I thought I would share it here with my friends I will post up new movements forward in the build. we me luck and let me know anything you see wrong as the build goes and I will correct it. so here we go the saucer is a little over 4 foot its self.

got more of the paper patterns cut out man this thing should be every bit of 12 foot. I still have a lot to cut out but I think it will be worth it. the next ship will be the big D but we will cross that bridge later.

WOW! This is going to be a magnificent undertaking. But, what a centerpiece for a museum. Best of luck; I'll certainly be following. I bought my first color TV(used) in 1974, so I could finally see the series in blazing glory. I was temporarily living in a BOQ (I had not moved my family, so that the kids could finish the school year) and once a week, my room would fill up with other occupants, because no one else had color.

rifleman and missileer thank you guys I will keep posting as much as I can I really enjoyed doing the big e for my son, one of his friends went to touch it and I seen him watching him like a hawk to see if he would touch it funny. he thinks I am crazy to build one this size. I want to detail this one to be a museum piece.

I'm wondering if you are going to add some LED effects? I have some inexpensive bling spurces if you want them.
