I haven't figured on a scale yet.
Once I get the wings built, I'll be able to calculate it.

I unrolled the wings last night, put them all on one sheet and did a rough measurement, and came out to a scale of about 1:44. (model wingspan= 37.5 inch, real world wingspan 138 foot 5 inch)

That's as big as I can get it.

Thats plenty large enough for me. Downsizing to 1/50 or 1/72 will be fairly easy from there.

Picture time!!

Fuselage and port bottom wing done.

BTW, that's a 12 inch / 30cm ruler on the wing.

Looks like the start of a real winner.
I'm looking forward to seeing more.

I'm amazed at the speed of your design work, especially on such a large and complex aircraft! Great work so far!

I was amazed at how fast it's going too. But now that I have Inkskape, even though I can't figure out how to actually draw in it, it does have the ability to open Rhino files, then convert them to pdf's. Which means I don't have to retrace over screen caps from Rhino, and then do build after build making sure things line up.

Pretty much I export to Inkscape, Convert to pdf, open in photoshop & add tabs. Print and build.

The hard part is gonna be adding that lozenge camoflauge.

This is going along great. I love large models due to the size of my two left hands. I can not wait to get this model! I will be waiting for it on E-CARD MODELS. Hope to see it soon.

Well, I just broke up with my girlfriend, so I got lots of time, and need a big distraction. I'll probably have it done in a week or 2.
