I would love the Tacit Blue and Have Blue both. These missing links in the
F-117 development would make an interesting history/production lesson of the stealth fighter.

I thought somebody else was working on the Tacit Blue (the flying breadbox)?

Both the X-29 and Tacit Blue are on my list of models that I have to see the real plane in order to get an understanding so I can design the model. Some areas just don't show enough detail in pictures.

Finally got what I need to design a model of my truck...a smaller version.
I made it to the company store in Omaha, and found out they have 1:87 scale models of the various trucks they use. I snagged the model of my truck.
I also have an example of some extreme weathering
i can experiment on. (This is after 3 days of driving from Colorado to Wisconsin and back)

Tacit Blue is at the USAF Museum in Dayton. I think the website virtual tour has a few pictures of it.

I would imagine that the X-29 is at the Ames Dryden test facility museum. Not sure though.

With all the Werner trucks I pass on the road, I wonder if we have ever crossed paths? Ever make it through KC?

At least every other week. I might even make it through today. I'm at a Pilot Truck Stop in Salina, KS right now. Gonna leave in an hour heading west to California, though.
