The Cayuse would be awesome! One of my middle school social studies teachers was in the Rangers Spec Ops in Vietnam. He told a couple of instances of when the OH-6 was a handy little bird for small insertions.

He also told us about how nuts it was when a Cobra would come in guns and rockets blazing.

And is available on ecardmodels. There were a ton of finishes applied to the OH-6 in the U.S. Army, and even more applied to it's export version, the MD-500 Defender, so there's lots of scope for you to create some unique models, Murph.

I'm keeping it simple. Basically what you see in the Rhino photo painted OD green with black markings.

I know Der Kampfleiger did the OH-6, but his is in a much smaller scale. Mine is 1:30.

Jeff
I did a version of the WC-54 ambulance for Fiddlersgreen a few years ago. I dunno what Chip did with it though. It was part of a M*A*S*H Diorama for the Bell 47 helicopter.

That's the wheeled ambulance right?

The Dodge WC54 was a 4x4 Wheeled chassis, with 2wd and 4wd optional engagement. Certain versions also had a Hi-lo "crawler" box as part of the 4wd transmission.
They served as Ambulances, Radio Trucks, even Scoutcars, along with general light weight haulage/transport.
They were a standard chassis in WW2, and many survived to be used in Korea and even Vietnam.

Respectful Regards, Uyraell.

I usually don't do ground vehicles, unless something really interests me, and I can get a lot of reference material for it.

Oh-6 Cayuse. Sending it up to e-cardmodels right now. It has both V-tail and T-tail options.

Also, the worlds smallest Heliport

Note...The ruler in the 2nd point is because they're tail heavy, and I didn't add weights to the nose.
