Just a quick note to let everybody know what's in the pipeline.

- First off, still working on this:
Upcoming models-pibber.jpg
I've got the major stuff done, now on to the endless fiddly bits that seem to accompany boats.

- The DHC Dash 8 is unrolled and in process of being tabbed. My thoughts are to take it to B&W, then send it over to Knife to play with. It's his baby, and he's a lot better at coloring than I am.

- I came across this in a book:
Upcoming models-xsb2d-1.jpg
The Douglas XSB2D-1, which was cumbersome, and failed at what they wanted it to do. So they tweaked it to this:
Upcoming models-btd-1.jpg
The Douglas BTD-1 Destroyer.

It still wasn't good enough, so after building a few, they tweaked it some more, and came up with everybody's favorite Beast of Burden:

At least that's what the internet tells me. And we all know you can trust the internet, right?
*edit* I reread the internet, and realized I misuderstood it. The BTD-1 and Skyraider are just cousins. They're not related in any other way

- Finally, I (finally!!) got my hands on 3-views of the S-2F Turbo Tracker, so I'm preparing to get started on it.

And of course, there's still 3 L-1011's, 3 F+W 3605 Schlepp's, the Cessna 177RG, and the Warp Ship in beta build. Plus a heritage version of the USCG Jayhawk.

Just asking, is there any chance of a C-17A or a BAe 146?

I design them when they ask me to. So far, the C-17 doesn't want me to design it yet. Though I do have a folder, plastic model, and even started a Rhino file for it. So I'm ready when it is.

The heritage USCG Jayhawk is in progress, works seems to get in the way, but I'm aiming for a finish this week.

A BAe 146 would be nice, 4-engined small-ish airliner.

Murph, you make me feel like the little schoolboy, frantically waving his hand, crying, "Teacher, Teacher! Don't forget the P-36!" You clearly have lots on your plate already, but I'd like to think that the P-36 is somewhere in the pipeline.

Hei, Aaron.
What about a Douglas A2D Skyshark, please?

I haven't forgotten it. Just having some problems with the nose and fuselage. Some things aren't as easy as they look.

I found a site with some great 3-views of early NASA/NACA X-planes, so I thought I'd spend some time playing around in that area...

I'm in! No other X-1E AFAIK.

Lemme know if you need any reference pix.
