Do you still have Photoshop Murph? It's pretty easy to make text curve in that.

Yeah, that's how I finally did it.

I wanted to know how to do it in Rhino so I didn't have to worry about making sure things line up.

Does Rhino have an "array" function? In AutoCad, the array function includes making being able to make an arc with regular, repeated elements. Once the original array is established, then you can edit the individual elements. Of course, I have no Rhino experience, but in the CAD world, seems like many functions are logical requirements of the process.

There is a divide curve option under "curve" > "point objects' > "divide curve by". There are 2 options there, divide by length or number of segments. And an array function under "Transform".
