Minor setback. My laptop decided to take up smoking this morning, which I hear is a bad habit for electronics. Fortunately, I got everything backed up last night, but I'm at a standstill until I can get a replacement. If anybody wants to help, I'll send them either the Boulton Paul Defiants, or a few F4U Corsairs, once I can access them again. Have I mentioned I hate computers yet in this thread?

Just curious, what kind of laptop did you use before it smoked?

I'd love a Mac Pro, but I paid less for my car than a Mac Pro costs. I had an HP with a touchscreen.

I might take the best of both worlds on the NACA Corsair. I love the yellow tailband, but I like the big TEST across the fuselage too.

Meanwhile, Pima has just released shots of their restoration hanger. Looks like I've got my work cut out for me in 2017:

I asked. It's part of a Martin B-26 Marauder. Course I can't do anything until I can get my laptop fixed or replaced.

When I open up the murphs-models.web.com site, I get a header that says "Oops! This site has expired. If you are the site owner, please ...". Can we still purchase or donate on it, or should we access another site? Trust your computing will be back in order soon.
