Head scratching time. I can't get a feel for what to design next. Any suggestions?

I am in contact with a source for drawings of the YO-3A stealth observation aircraft from the Viet Nam era. Please Google it and let me know if you are interested. My contact may actually even join up.

I'll recommend the North American RB-45 Tornado.
I can't put any 3-vews up right now as my work computer has come down with a case of the studpids right now. I have a TON of walk around pictures of one on my home computer, and I can get more at any time. |

Boeing Skyfox?
The 3-view is by me using different pieces of info and pictures across the web. I had intended to hit up a library that I knew had the proper Jane's All World Aircraft for the Skyfox but time and events kept me from getting to it. Tho this three view was good enough for me to use in designing my own R/C version.

What about an Opel RAK 1. The worlds first rocket plane. Never seen one in paper before
Some info and line drawings here RETROPLANE.net :: Voir le sujet - Opel Rak My favourite would be the Hawker Sea Hawk. A beautiful plane and needed by anyone interested in post war Royal Navy jets. Oh and thanks for all the planes so far Murph. The build list is getting too long. |

Oooooh thats a variation on the f-80 airframe I never knew about. I would definitely buy one, although I still haven't built the seamaster (did buy it though :D ), I need to scale that to 1:100 and build it already lol.

I've got a very obscure and pretty much unknown cold war warrior to nominate........ Martin P4M Mercator. It was one of the truly unsung heroes of that era......... and also one of those prop and jet planes like the Savage. If you want to read some really clandestine adventures this is THE plane that has a lock on some really neat and exciting stories. john |

Well isn't the T-33 essentially a 2 seat P-80? lol
And I second the P4M, a mixed power stablemate for the savage, and yeah they had some hairy elint missions.
