Just in case it wasn't noticed, Clive Cussler, who happened to be my favorite author, passed away last week.

So in his memory, I refreshed my Cessna Citation CJ-3 in NUMA markings, updating the graphics and redesigning the landing gear to more reflect what they actually look like on the real plane (the internet is so much more informative 10 years later). I still need to clean up some glitches though.
Upcoming models-img_20200301_200559.jpg

I also found a couple more interesting versions that I'll be releasing. The NUMA jet will be a free offering.

I've finally stopped being sick. I was down pretty much half of January and all of February. So the lack of new models is showing in my wallet. I gotta get back up and running quick.

I'm sorry to say I have no idea who Clive Cussler was, that Cessna Citation above is also new to me.

My first car was Chevy Citation but I'm sure there is no relation there.

In spite of its faults it was very good looking and comfy car.I'm sure it would make nice paper model

Clive Cussler wrote action-adventure books. If you've ever seen the movie "Sahara" with Matthew Mcconaughey, it's very loosely based on one of his books.

The Cessna Citation is one of my earliest models, designed about 10 years ago or so.

The first Citation model of yours is awesome! I still have it hanging from the ceiling in my office. The build goes so smoothly. I can't wait to see the new versions.

It's basically the same model. I just traced over the parts edges, added separate tabs, and used better graphics.

When I go to Pima Air and Space museum on Saturday, I'm planning on doing short walkaround videos of as many of their aircraft as I can do. I've got a few planned:

- Adams A500
- Bristol Blenheim / Bolingbroke
- Budd RB-1 Conestoga
- Columbia XJL-1
- Consolidated PB4Y-2 Privateer
- Curtiss F6C-4 Hawk
- Curtiss O-52
- Curtiss P-40E
- Douglas B-23 Dragon
- Douglas EA-1F Skyraider
- General Dynamics F-111E Aardvark
- Grumman A-6E Intruder
- Grumman F-14 Tomcat
- Grumman F7F-3 Tigercat
- Grumman Hu-16 Albatross
- Gyrodyne QH-50C DASH
- Hawker Hurricane
- Ilyushin Il-2 Sturmovich
- Lockheed L-049 Constellation
- Lockheed S-3B Viking
- Martin Mariner
- McCulloch HUM-1
- Messerschmitt BF-109 (if I can find it)
- MiG-23 Flogger
- North American F-107A
- Northrop YC-125A Raider
- Sikorsky HH3 Pelican
- Sikorsky S-43 Baby Clipper
- Snow S-2A
- Supermarine Spitfire FR. XIVe

I don't know if I'll get to all of them, but these are the aircraft I Want to design models of, and others that are rare aircraft.

The museum website also says they have a P-38, P-47, and Westland Lysander, though I've never seen any of them. We're getting a quick tour of the restoration area, so I'm gonna keep my eye out to see if I can get access to anything interesting.

IF anybody has any requests, here's the museum's list of aircraft.

Here's the first Numa that I built at 1/72 in Murph's Oddball days.
See here http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/361085-post27.html
Would love to see other versions.
