With regard to the A-26, you are on to a good choice.

The markings on that aircraft are for A-26B-51-DL, serial 44-3287 (Buzz Number BC-287), which served with the 13th Bomb Squadron, 3rd Bomb Group, during the Korean War. The 3rd is a historic outfit (I once sat in the back seat of an RAAF O-1 that put in an airstrike by 3rd BG B-57s in Long Tuan Province, Vietnam, in 1967) and it would be neat if you produced one of their Korean War-era aircraft.

Of course, the water bomber would be nice, too.

Don

Source for info on 44-3287: 1944 USAAF Serial Numbers (44-30911 to 44-35357)
I'm going for a threesome here. B-26, A-26 and the water bomber.

Update #1

Just finished the fuselage on the Lightning. No problems what so ever. Gonna start the wings right now. Also, Aaron when the B-26 is done, can I build it? That bird really interests me. Anyway, here it is.

P.S. This is my nephew's work. I'm really impressed because this is only his second paper model built.

Wow your nephew is a natural, nice work!
Heres the wing on the C-141, the fuselage-wing join is fine, theres a small gap in the underside between the wing root section and midspan section when the wing is built to the correct amount of anhedral though.

My biggest observation/complaint on the C-141, is the US Air Force printed on the side. It is a completely wrong font/size/bold etc, for the actual markings. Perhaps there is a closer facsimile of the USAF font available?

Update #2

Just finished the wings and fins. I must say, Jarrod did a good job! (That's my nephew my nephew BTW) And only one pronlem. Just a small gap between the wing opening and wings. There's a picture below. Anyway, here it is.

P.S. I'm gonna try and get the fuselage done on the AN-2 done right now. Got it all printed out and ready to build.

Isn't the font called Amarillo the best match for the U.S. Modex lettering?

Amarillo is the closest I've seen and what the IPMS guys I know use for making decals. Here's a source if you don't have it: Amarillo USAF Font by Tom C. Lai - Free Download amarurgt.ttf Font

The A-26 slurry bomber will be totally cool. Look forward to it.
