MurphyAA, this is a very nice looking model of the Rutan Voyager, remarkably close to the original.
It will be too large for me to build, with a wingspan of 48 inches, I simply have not the available space, but that said, I might well build a reduced-scale version at some stage, and have now added that idea to the rapidly growing list of projects.

Congratulations on a very fine design.

Kind and Respectful Regards, Uyraell.

Aaron's done it again! Awesome job dude. Waiting for the upload to Ecardmodels, then I'll buy it.

Regards

I scaled it to 1:30, with a 44 1/2 inch wingspan. Also, I left most of the markings off, because they're are corporate sponsors, and that's a lot of copyrights to deal with. Uploading to ecardmodels right now.

Next model out of the chute, the Cessna O-2 Skymaster. For some reason, Rhino messed up some of the graphics on the model (User error probably), and I really need to figure out how to reinforce the landing gear (spindly struts + heavy model= splayed LG). Currently it's at 1:24, but I'm gonna scale it down to 1:30 to match the rest of my models.

Don't mind the pic. I just got a $10 Digital camera from Walgreens, and I'm still learning the ropes.

Yet another great and under represented subject Murphy.
And the Landing gear problem. Maybe paper clips within the Gear Struts?

Finally got a chance to start on the Chey this morning at 4am while waiting as the GF made a cake.. Household wide insomnia can be fun at times
Oh question on the Chey: Is the main fuselage box suppose to be taller then it's wide?

OV-1D

I'd suggest using a bit of brass rod bent to shape, and wrapped in paper, for the landing gear.
A quick and practical solution.
In real life, O2A's tended to squat a little tail down, even when fully loaded, and thus in theory weighted-forwards.

The rest of the model looks mighty fine my friend.

Kind and Respectful Regards, Uyraell.

OV-1D
Yeah. It's kind of a rounded rectangle shape

Thanks to some inspiration from Nikki Schutt, the OV-10 Bronco will follow the O-2. Gotta have somebody to guide the Paper F-4's on their bombing runs.

It took 4 cents to get that model to sit on it's nose wheel.

Ok well I have to start from scratch anyway. Just had a small accident in my work area that dumped a glass of water on the Cheyenne and it's parts >.< ALL Cats are now banned from my work area.

Cool about the bronco but I was hinting at the OV-1 D (David) Mohawk. Need someone to scout out where to send in the Packages.

Shouldn't be too difficult to make a "D" model Bronco, mainly a different nose.
