Oh, and don't say attention to the rudder and wingtips in the Rhino pics. I haven't found a good way to model rounded tips yet, so I draw them on after unrolling.

Sorry to thorn guys waiting on me for files, but I've picked up a rather nasty bug that has me floored at the moment. Normally, if I had a car, I'd go to the library anyway, but I have to bike there, and it takes energy I just don't have. I can't even think about sitting at my desk and trying to concentrate.

Just knowing it is there...

(Aggh! Just couldn't resist the pun) Another concern with the plans is that RC modelers will often change the flying and control surfaces (usually sizes are altered) to give the model reasonable flying characteristics. But they often catch small features most modelers miss. For example, the first time I became aware of the P-51D's leading edge 'kink' at the root extension was from reading an article in RC Modeler. Guess it comes from building something by hand by looking at pictures... become better at seeing what is there. All airplanes have "quirks" built into them, sometimes asymetrical features, sometimes non-straight lines, whatever. We LAMPS folks flying the SH-2 would joke how nothing was straight on that helicopter... mostly for aerodynamic reasons. So it goes... Hope you get feeling better soon, buddy. With luck, you won't even read this until you've slept for 12-16 hours.

Resuming the build, I made a another engine nacelle, and put the external sections of wings.
For better fix for the wings I sugest increase the angle in major tab in center section, just like a pic, note the up size... The wing glue... The most critical parts of testing passed, I believe I finish the model in two days, so I starting Super Frelon... Regards my friends! |

That Army Skyknight paint scheme is pretty, in my opinion. I'd love to see a repaint in those colors.

As the saying goes, when it rains it pours, and I'm dodging cats and dogs here. apparently according to the ER doctor, I have bronchitis, which is why I haven't been able to breathe and had no energy for the past 3 days. only problem is, I need medicine, and can't afford it. I'm wondering what I did in a past life to get this much bad karma dumped on me.
I feel bad always asking for help, but my family says they can't help, and I don't know who to turn to. |
