Thank you for the remarks.

The biggest error was not getting the angle on the main landing gear correct. I have them splayed out too much so the fuselage is lower than it is supposed to be. That made the vertical stabilizer touch before the landing gear. I should have put the vertical stabilizer on before the main landing gear. For some unknown reason I decided to attach the main gear first . Thought it would be OK since I tried to match the angle of the cut on the end of the strut with the angel of the strut compared to the to the fuselage.

I also had to shorten the nose gear strut, otherwise the main gear would have been up in the air and the aircraft would be trying to balance on the vertical stabilizer and the nose gear.

Next might be another one of Murph's Bass-Ackwards aircraft. Or maybe finish one of the many partially built paper models staring at me from the perimeter.

SCE,

Try to finish what you have. That nagging feeling of having s something not finished drives me crazy!

Yep, Papermate, you did and I even commented on it. I must not have used the correct search terms because I was looking for a Murph's Models that had not been built.

Oh well, blnt.

SCE (and anyone else)

If you do on Google search "site: Paper Modelers Blah Blah Blah" you can find stuff easier sometimes.

Captured Ki-115 finally finished.

Interesting model. That plane must have been a handful to fly even if on one way trip.

My printer is going nuts again so colors are a bit off.I didn't make interior or transparent glass.I never learned how to do those properly. The only mod I added are separate exhaust pipes instead of those supplied with model. They should have been brown but I can't find my brown marker.

When building model look up pictures of real thing on the net.Comes very handy.
