Hans, Ash - thanks for the U-2 sources. Wouldn't you know that I already have NOBI's in my collection (so many models, so little time.)

Hans and Rick,

Thanks for sharing. I had the opportunity to attend the modelbau shows at Sinsheim and Friedrichshaven back in 2007 while stationed there. Ahhh, good models, great beer, good friends, beautiful scenery, great models. I miss it.

Ray

These European shows are simply amazing! I especially liked seeing some of the old Geli models and the Russian doll set. Am I correctly reading the card saying that it was built by a seven year old? If that's true somebody has wicked skill!

I think its Halinski's Panther G - nice build. The Panzer IV beside it looks like a great build of Modelik's Panzer IVG.

Charlie

Hello Hans Gerd,
This photo is fascinating for the variety of patterns and scale that contains
(unfortunately in my part of things not seen).
Thank you very much for sharing.

LOL - if the details on your 1:32 Gustav are too small - just double the size!!! Can a 1:16 B-52 be far behind?

Thanks for posting the shots, Hans & Rick! I especially enjoyed the 19th century carousel.

Thank you, Hans Gerd.

So many beautiful models!

And I liked the clever Mussorgsky reference in your title.
