Perth 2014

Hi Folks,

Another successful two day event with prizes lifted by our own member Adam (Hiob) with his 'Kursk'. He took best Submarine and most pernickety detail for a subject. It has to be stressed that this is an IPMS show, but caters for paper models under the umbrella of 'scratch building. Well done Adam!

Check out the full build here.

K141 Kursk from Flymodel

We also put on a small 'All from paper' display which was very well received by all.

All the best and happy modelling

Bernie

Beriw, looks like it was a great show. Nice that Hiob (Adam) took a prize! Chalk another one up for paper modeling!
Thanks for sharing.

I notice an E.III on the table. Any idea who the publisher is?

Thanks

Joe

Thanks for posting these images, Bernie. And congratulations to Adam for taking the prizes for that spectacular submarine.

Nice job all around. Good to see some paper models still getting a podium finish at model shows.

It was a great show! It would be great to see more paper modelers in Perth next year, since we are not getting 'brushed under the carpet' there Thank you all for kind words, but special thanks to Cardist; for once more giving me a chance to participate in the show, for a warm welcome and of course for being a good friend Cheers Barnie!
