Le Bellezze d' Italia 2-23-2013

Another show finally edited and uploaded. A few samples for you: 1936 Alfa Romeo 8C with Zagato coachwork (yummy), Ferrari 1957 Tour de France berlina, Fiat 1964 500, Lancia 1955 Aurelia, Mercury Cougar 1970 (I know its not Italian, but Cougar convertibles are fairly rare), Lamborghini 2006 Murcielago roadster. Gentlemen, I think we're all in agreement on the Alfa. It was about in the middle of the lot and when I walked in the eyes when right to it.

During our recent visit to Italy I saw this man, 6ft plus, unfolding himself from a Fiat 500. I asked both their ages - the car was from 1943, he was one year younger. The car was still in daily use, and had never had a new engine.

Would love to see a model done of the original pre-war FIAT 500 Topolino in paper, plastic, resin just as long as it was 24 or 25th scale.
