Brett, I went back and looked at your pix from Omacon and see quite a few familiar "faces".

VK, Almost always the second weekend of April. Here's hoping that changes...

Whulsey, They were cut into halves before frying. There were also two dipping sauces but I don't know what they were called. The menu didn't mention them and I had stepped away when they were served. One was a ranch type sauce the other was orange but I couldn't put a finger on the taste. Guess my palate was not completely awake then.

SPJONeill, yes it is big but not as big as the other armoured train GPM publishes, The Pilsudski.
