St Ives Model Show - UK Card Model Group

Gents it's that time of year again:

You wait around, for a model show with a display of card models and two come along at once.

The usual suspects will be in attendance: David Hathaway (Paper Shipwright | Card models from the UK) Kim Webb and lastly myself.

This is also a general invite to anyone else. You are welcome to come along for a chat or better still bring a card model and display it.

Tim

The above is an old Kranich model rescaled and given a good work over by David, and very nice it looks too.

Notre Dame by Domus and assembled by Kim

Another model by Kim. This one got a lot of interest.

Looks like another great event for paper. I see the Queen of the Isles by David Hathaway hiding in there. Building this one just now to get my self back to ships. Was Adam (Hiob) there as well?

Cheers

Bernie

Dear Bernie

Yes, Adam was there been a few years since i've seen him.

Queen of the Isles is an excellent kit. And a good introduction to the rest of his range. Managed to balls-up my copy earlier this year.

Hopefully have more luck with the ferry

Great models all and clear, sharp pictures to boot. Thank you for a great report Tim. Wish I could attend such shows, however distance doth preclude me.

Looks great!

Hunted for the Model Shipwright Granuaile - no joy.

Certainly not on his site. A pre-release? Or someone elses kit?
