Search the National Building Museum announcement page carefully. There is a chance you just might find some paper models to download.

Nice looking Exhibits, especially the Nuclear Power Station!
Any okoshi-ezu, I wonder? Hopefully, but probably not... the style is so obscure! Alan |

Had to look okoshi-ezu up. Very interesting, seems to be, at least in 2010, enjoying somewhat of a comeback. A distant cousin of pop-up cards and Origamic Architecture?

This is the marvelous collection of architectural models donated to the museum by David Kemnitzer, long the chief architect of the Capitol. Kudos to David for finding this home for his collection!

The site now has three sample paper models, a bridge and a pair of Washington DC museum buildings.
https://www.nbm.org/exhibition/around-world-models/ The National Building Museum Store has paper models for sale, and there is information about their current exhibits and collections. |
