National Trust

As a break from making models, I am a volunteer at a National Trust property called Standen. It's a "weekend cottage" built in the late 1800's by the top "arts and crafts" architect.

The house has set up a month of art and craft demonstrations and I have been asked to take part. I'm not sure, but this could be the first time paper models have been displayed at a NT property!

So, if you haven't visited Standen - or even if you have - now is your chance to visit a lovely property and see some (average) models ;-) I will be there on Saturday and Sunday - 1st and 2nd July.

BTW, the house is only 20 minutes from Gatwick airport !!!

I hope some of you can make it.

Cheers
Mike

Moving models

I am also an NT member and live close by. Very interested and would be happy to contribute and demonstrate my working paper models on both days
