Cool Had a great time

Today was the day for the paper model display and discussion at the Air Force museum. Lots of fun and visitors during this family day event.

Outstanding display, Isaac.

I liked the NMUSAF table covering. I will have to show that image to our friends at USAHEC to see if they will up their game next year.

Cool and more

Thank you all for your comments and appreciation.

In addition to my paper models, I was going to give short talks about the concepts of nuclear powered jet aircraft of the 1950's and 60's. However, a fellow club member from Cincinnati, wrote a high school project back in 1957 and still had his material along with models and sketches. So I asked him to join me and display his stuff.

Here it is:

I will be giving more in depth lectures in the museum on this topic in the future.

Way to show the flag my friend!! Any idea of how many actually viewed your display? Great idea to have the screen up behind you.

Way to go, Isaac. You did the hobby proud. A very impressive array of models too. It looks like you had a great time.

Another venue for our hobby

Thank you. This was a fun event and I can now brag about it.

It was a great show the flag event . Many surprises when I told them it was paper .

I wonder if we can hold our paper convention there next year ?

A great way to spend National Aviation Day Eve. Did they have any events for today?
