Finally got the "TARDIS" box packed. Named by my model
club road warriors, as it seems larger on the inside than the outside. Some models in, some out. How many models do you see?

Not sure what the total count is - but i know that that big aeroplane in the middle of the box only counts as half a model - since its only half way done.

I only got a fraction of that count in my box. Course, My models are 10 to 20 times as large as yours.

Reminds me of my carefully packed box of models that I checked for a flight. Each model was carefully secured in the box in individual plastic bags. When I picked up the box at baggage claim, I found a little note from the Transportation Safety Administration that they had inspected the contents of the box. And the box was now mostly empty space. The clever government employees found the box was much easier to close the box if you just squish those plastic bags flat. It’s a good thing that paper models are cheap to build, or rebuild.

That sounds like government work Knife!
This box is designed to be a carry on, and fits under the seat.

I'm planning on carrying mine on, but into overhead. I'll have to check luggage this year (can't take my travel modelling kit in carry-on anyway).

Currently half way home stopping in Dayton Ohio for the night. I only took two pictures of the two (yes two) silk purse winning models. I had a tie and I just could not choose between them, so I awarded each modeler with a prize. Allen Wheeler's Junkers D.1 and Tom Greenfelter's (I think I spelled that right) Bleriot.
