Enjoyed meeting folks I've only spoke with on the forum (Isaac, Djstratoart, John Wagonseil, and seeing WVA once again.

Posting pictures on my phone takes forever so I'll do that later on when I'm back in Iowa.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at the show today. Great people and great models. Really got inspired and now I have to order a BobCat ! Thanks again and I hope to have some models displayed next year

Cool First report
Our event at Dayton ended today.

We had a total of 7 modelers ( and family members ) exhibiting as well as two additional Papermodelers that showed up, as well as one family that ordered Murph's F-100 Super Sabre and built it ( along with the pilot grandfather that flew F-100's for the USAF ). Also, we had 3 adorable dogs most well behaved and fun.

Three of our exhibitors did not make it today for a variety of reasons.


The venue was large and airy with lots of natural light at the airport lobby.

Guest attendance was light and assume it was because of the Memorial day weekend. So next year we are thinking of the first or second Saturday in May.

Total models on display were 172 ( by my direct count ).


We are getting better at organizing and setting up. Now wee need a better flow of visitors.
