Cool Dayton Ohio 2019 paper get together

I need to know how many folks can join the Dayton Ohio paper convention/get together.

Date is May 25, 2019

Location : Dayton Wright Brothers general aviation airport lobby ( KMGY )

I may consider other nearby venues depending on participation.

I would like to have no less than 10 display tables, and each participant bring at least 5 models ( No upper limit. Bring all you can )

Who can participate?

Isaac

Let me work some numbers. I suck at trip planning, so I need to figure out things first to determine how much the trip will cost. Getting to Dayton won't be a problem. But getting around while I'm there and where to stay will determine the final results. Anybody wanna go halfsies on a rental car?

Hi Isaac,

That date almost works for me. Leaving Alaska on May 24th, after work, to fly to Idaho.

Sorry, looks like I will miss the event.

I do plan to be in Dayton approx. 1-3 June (delay weather options), plan to visit Wright-Patterson Museum. Planned airport flying into will be the Wright Brother's you mention. Flight will be direct from Kitty Hawk airport, KFFA (First Flight Airport). Will be doing an overnighter to visit museum to make sure get to see the displays.

I can meet you at KMGY and take you to the museum in June

Let me know.

I'll show you all my models as well. I live across the field

Also, I'm looking into purchasing an RV-7A and may ask for your input

Awesome! Can let you fly my RV-6 as well. I'll make sure to have my Aux fuel tank empty so you'll have a seat to sit in...

I'm still at a "firm maybe", but should be able to confirm yes or no at the end of the month.

If "yes", then I would be bringing at least 10 models. A mix of land sea and air subjects.
