The video of the first 40-minute meeting was 253 MB. It Zipped to 252 MB, not much compression. I neglected to video the second meeting. I have never posted anything to YouTube. Can someone describe the procedure?

As I remember the first Zoom meeting we were trying to get everyone connected and talked about how short the time was and we should have a second meeting. I think the second Zoom meeting had the meat and potatoes paper modeling content.

Maybe we should wait on uploading a large video file or editing it only to the paper modeling content. 40 minutes is a long time watching us talking about having a second meeting that wasn't recorded.

We do need to find out what size and file format to upload to YouTube.

I'm not sure Youtube cares about file size. Larger files just take longer to process onto the platform. All of my videos have been MP4s, But that's the default for my screen recorder.
