Gulf-coast cardmodelers...

First, if you have Saturday, Jan. 16 open, I'll be at the event below - though I won't have much time to do more than say hello, if you're available, I'd sure enjoy meeting you.

Second, I'm collaborating on a Marek "repaint" to portray the Corsair shown in my art on the poster. Hopefully, it'll be on ecardmodels.com this year.

With any luck, Bomarc will have his B-25 done and we'll also have a ceremony dedicating his Navy B-25 to the museum.

It's a haul from Jax to P-cola, but I'd like to meet you and Mr. James, so I'll see if I can fit it in.

Thank you rickstef!

I tried the standard linking [IMG] protocol...and it works on my browser...hmmm.

Anyway, I hope the ecardmodels version is done by then!

Well, this might seem like a dumb question, but will there be an art signing by the pilot and artist?

I am about 5 hours away, but that sounds like something worth driving for! I have Pappy Boyington's book signed by him at an airshow, Tex Hill's signature on a model kit. If that paper model was ready to go, that would make for something lovely to frame if it was signed.

cd -

Yes, my prints will be sold through the museum Foundation and Red will be there to sign those. If you showed up with a card model (complete or in print), I'll guarantee you a signing...and a photo for this forum, too.

I just put it on my calendar. Do you have a url where I can prepay for the artwork? I'll bring my son who just loves road trips and museums! I guess the beach is a bit too cold that time of year.

While I'm at it, is there any chance of snagging a poster, too? I have a huge, empty display wall and all these items would make a great display. Too bad there's not a book, too.
