Just in time for Christmass....
I finished the Harley, it was a very comfortable and pleasant build:D I never did a motocycle before, but when I see what others are building,( like Birder) this was an "easypiezie" or a" one cent whistle" as we say in Holland. The Wrebbit kit is beautyfull, but has a different approach, more like plastic kits are done, perfect instructions but the details are made by the artwork,so it's not a zillion pieces Halinski. It must have been expensive to produce, those "punchknives" to make it pre-cut have to be handmade, maybe that's why Wrebbit stopped making them, and switched to 3d puzzles There was not so much to improve, the only thing I added where the clutch, brake and gas cables from electric wire. Stangely it had no stand, so I scratchbuild it from some surplus parts. Last edited by billy.leliveld; 10-16-2008 at 04:51 AM. |
