A large sidetrack from the construction, but sometimes you have to follow the flow. I think i have achieved a vast improvement over my first one.

So far this is looking far superior to anything I was expecting. Drum and stick mags, and even a removable butt and fore grip. Brilliant work Trent, but I guess the proof of the pudding will be in the unfolding, eh?

I haven't acquired one yet, but in preparation I have just put an eBay bid on this ...

It's 75 years old, but if no-one else bids I could get it for just a couple of quid.

Just an aside about the violin case. We had a bail bondsman in town that used one for a brief case, lol. The bail bondsman was "Godfather Bail Bonds".

very cool JohnM. thanks Burning Beard, sharunas,THE DC.

As i suspected, i could not build precise enough- so i went back and resized the rail a bit. now it fits way better without the need for uber build skills. also the brightness of the clip was bothering me. came out rather blue. and as the gun itself will be black, i felt it would stand out too much. so changed that to.
