well, you piqued my interest, I tell you. I was just asking if this beauty was available in paper yet not 3 weeks ago.

I'm looking forward to building it.

sincerely,

Jon

Only the first two ships in the competition have 'values' names. The next two are named after cities (San Antonio and Coronado).

Looks great.

What software are you using to create the ship and Fire Scout and did you export it to a paper model program to create the Fire Scout?

What paper model program did you use for that conversion by the way?

I'm keen on finding a decent software route from 3D model to paper model.

rmks2000-going a bit slow. all unpacked(what a nightmare) and slowly getting my grove back. only added a few details right now.

gtb-red- nice find. had all those pictures but these were of higher resolution. thanks.

piginapoke- i use metaseqoia for 3d modeling. not the best but i just cant afford rhino. then ill add basic textures in meta then send it to pepakura to unfold and arrange. then ill send it through paint shop pro9 to finalize textures.

I've got meta, had a play with it but it's not easy. I'll give it another go.
